Step 1:  Contact our offices by phone and please have current insurance information available.  Referrals may also come from your primary care physician.

Step 2:  Complete the interview forms (available online) and bring to your first appointment.

Step 3:  Contact your insurance company to learn about your mental health coverage. We recommend contacting the number on the back of your insurance card to determine if Dr. Benshoof, Ms. Niedermeyer, or Mr. Seguin is in-network, what your mental health benefits are, what co-payment and co-insurance you are responsible for. 

We accept most major insurance plans.  We also offer a self-pay rate for those families who do not have insurance coverage.  Please contact our offices to learn more about your payment options.  Co-payments/co-insurance will be due at the time of services.  We accept cash and checks at our office locations.
